• Machine is composed of vacuum chamber, vacuum pump, vacuum digital analog control system, special gas inert gas - nitrogen and argon filling control system.

• Working process: place bottles into jig, put rubber gaskets on the mouth of the bottles (there is a gap between the rubber gasket and the bottle), put the jig into the vacuum chamber of vacuuming machine, close the sealing door of vacuum chamber, working procedure starts automatically.

• Working procedures:

1. Vacuum degree setting of the quantitative volume of bottles;

2. Vacuum value setting of special gas filling;

3. Circulation mode setting;

4. Number of cycles setting,

5. Pneumatic vacuum pump;

6. Open the special gas valve;

7. Close the sealing door, enter into automatic mode.

• After sealing the vacuum chamber, machine start vacuumize to reach the setting vacuum degree value → Stabilize the vacuum value → Automatically open the special gas valve to add special gas according to the vacuum ratio → Reach the setting vacuum degree → Vacuum degree data reaches the final capacity value → Stable value → Rubber gasket pressing complete → Open the door → Finished product

Precision ceramic syringe pump for clot activator and sodium citrate, 10 nozzle. Volume can be adjusted on screen.

Vacuum-assisted cap picking: capping unit + vacuum suction. Different from traditional plunger type cap picking method, avoid cap missing due to plunger wear, stability and reliability can reach 99.99%, more stable and durable.
