Installation and commissioning: provide by the seller.

Warranty: 12 months warranty. Warranty time is calculated from the date when machines are installed well in the buyer’s factory (based on SAT signing date). Within the warranty period, if any machine parts are damaged under normal using condition, the Seller shall offer new parts for free and bear the freight charge (except vulnerable parts). New parts cost and freight charge will be borne by the Buyer after warranty period.

For any trouble shooting support, HONGREAT responds in 24 hours.

For any urgent parts required by the buyer after warranty, HONGREAT ships the parts once get the confirmation from the buyer, payment can be done & complete once for every three months.
