Our professionals can provide you with online technical support to ensure that your production line is running smoothly. HONGREAT technicians will provide guidance and advice to your employees through online such as WhatsApp or WeChat to ensure that your employees are fully understand the entire production process and technology of blood collection tubes.
We can also provide you with technical support by remote control. As long as your production equipment is connected to the Internet, HONGREAT technicians can remotely control your equipment problems and provide timely solutions.

HONGREAT provides 2 times of training for the buyer, both are free of charge.
The first training will be in HONGREAT factory. The buyer sends its engineer & production manager to HONGREAT for the training when machine is ready before shipping. Traning is about 5 days, HONGREAT takes care of peoples' local transporation & accommodation, the buyer takes personnels' round trip tickets, salary, visa etc.
The second training is in the buyer's factory. HONGREAT sends its engineers to the buyer's factory for the training after machines arrive the buyer's factory. Traning is about 10 days, the buyer takes care of peoples' local transporation & accommodation, HONGREAT takes personnels' round trip tickets, salary, visa etc.
Both trainning include:
A) Chemical preparation
B) Machine operation, maintenance & general trouble shooting
C) Quality control process
D) Production process
