Small Size Production Machine for Non Vacuum Blood Collection Tube is used for medical disposable non vacuum blood collection tube assembly. It includes: tube labeling, reagent chemical spraying filling (EDTA, clot activator, sodium citrate, lithium heparin, sodium heparin, fluoride, potassium oxalate), chemical drying & cap adding (with vibration bowl cap feeding).

Machine size is only approx. 2.8*1.2meters, suitable for small scale factories.

Precision ceramic syringe pump for clot activator and sodium citrate, 10 nozzle. Volume can be adjusted on screen.

Vacuum-assisted cap picking: capping unit + vacuum suction. Different from traditional plunger type cap picking method, avoid cap missing due to plunger wear, stability and reliability can reach 99.99%, more stable and durable.
