Modular Type Non Vacuum Blood Test Tube Assembly Production Machine is used for medical disposable non vacuum blood collection tube assembly. It includes: reverse tube detection, reagent chemical spraying filling (EDTA, clot activator, sodium citrate, lithium heparin, sodium heparin, fluoride, potassium oxalate), chemical drying, cap adding, foam tray loading.

Each modular can be run separately, flexible for new companies. All modular can be integrated in future once production capacity needs expanding.

Vacuum-assisted cap picking: capping unit + vacuum suction. Different from traditional plunger type cap picking method, avoid cap missing due to plunger wear, stability and reliability can reach 99.99%, more stable and durable.
