Main Technical Parameters
Tube loading	with tube lift to transfer the tubes from hopper to the vibration bowl for sorting, then to the tube conveyor
Chemical filling	0-10ml adjustable, high precision ceramic pump filling system, tolerance ±3% with 2 sets filling system (can be steriled)
Cap adding	caps to be transferred by the vibration bowl to the conveyor with detection for lack of cap
Capping	with torque for better capping & avoid caps damages with detection for finished product

Tube loading -- Reverse tube detection -- Chemical filling (cell-free DNA/RNA liquid solution) -- Cap adding -- Vacuuming -- Test tube labeling (automatic removal for empty tube) --Packing (loading into foam tray) -- Sealing and shrink packing -- Finished product.
